Select the required number under How many small heart tags.

Then leave a note in the personalisation box with each name and its birth month. For example, for two hearts: “Emily – March; Oliver – July”. Birthstone crystals are included, so please provide a birth month for every name.

For the standard Nanny wording, no additional recipient instruction is needed. To replace Nanny, also include your chosen recipient wording, clearly labelled. For example: “Recipient: Grandma; Emily – March; Oliver – July”.

Please provide one name and birth month for each selected heart, and check all spelling and months carefully before ordering.
