It started with a...
Design

One message can change everything. Celebrate the moment your story began with a keyring personalised with your special date and time, a little reminder of that first connection to carry every day. Choose it with or without a separate heart tag personalised with your initials.

Choose “It started with a message”, “It started with a text” or “It started with a call”, or select the other option for wording that reflects your own beginning.

How to Personalise

Choose your wording under “It started with a...” and select “With heart tag” or “Without heart tag” under Design. Then leave a note in the personalisation box with the date and time you would like stamped. Please write them exactly as you would like them to appear, for example “21.05.2025, 16:44”.

If you choose “With heart tag”, include the two initials for the separate heart tag, for example “G & D”. If you select “other-please state”, also include your custom wording. You do not need to repeat choices already selected in the options. Please check the spelling, initials, date and time before ordering.

Can I change “message” to something else?

Yes. Select text or call in the options, or choose “other-please state” and leave a note in the personalisation box with your custom wording.

Is the separate heart tag included?

The separate 15 mm heart tag is included when you select “With heart tag”. Leave a note in the personalisation box with the two initials you would like stamped on it. Select “Without heart tag” if you prefer the rectangular tag on its own.
