How to Personalise

Select your required number of star tags and your preferred recipient from the “Who is it for” options.

If adding star tags, leave a note in the personalisation box with one name for each star. For example, select Two star tags and enter “Names: Oliver, Isla”. Please check the spelling carefully before ordering.

If you select Other, also leave a note in the personalisation box with your chosen title for the main tag, clearly labelled “Title”.

If you choose “No name tags” and a listed recipient, no personalisation note is needed. If choosing Other without name tags, provide your chosen title only. The message “We love you to the moon and back” remains the same.

Can I choose Grandma instead of Nanny?

Yes. Choose Nanny, Nan, Nana, Grandma, Granny or Gran from the recipient options. For your own title, select Other and leave a note in the personalisation box with the title you would like. The message “We love you to the moon and back” stays the same.

Can I order with or without grandchildren's names?

Yes. Choose one to ten star tags and provide one name per star, or select “No name tags”. Without star tags, you only need to provide a title in the personalisation box if you select Other.
