How to Personalise

Select your preferred option under Charm. Then leave a note in the personalisation box with the required name and birthday age. For example: “Name: Susan; Age: 60”. For a different birthday, provide the age you would like instead.

You do not need to repeat your selected charm in the personalisation box. Please check the spelling and requested age carefully before ordering.
