Do I need to find the coordinates myself?

No. You can leave a note in the personalisation box with either your coordinates or the exact location you would like them to represent. Include the full address and country where possible to avoid confusion.

No. It is a decorative compass charm that complements your personalised coordinates, rather than a navigation instrument.
