How to Personalise

Select your preferred design and choose whether you would like a name tag. Then leave a note in the personalisation box stating “Mummy of an Angel” or “Daddy of an Angel” for the main wording.

If you select Yes for a name tag, also include the name for the small heart, clearly labelled “Name”. Please check the spelling carefully before ordering.

If you choose No for a name tag, you only need to provide your choice of main wording.
